1. Information We Collect

ListCoast, operated by TLR Consulting Group LLC, does not collect LinkedIn lead data, search results, browsing history, analytics, or telemetry. Specifically:

• No analytics or usage tracking
• No cookies or browser fingerprinting
• No names, email addresses, or contact details
• No browsing history or LinkedIn profile data
• No lead data, search results, or list contents
• No telemetry, crash reports, or diagnostics

2. Data Stored Locally

ListCoast stores a small amount of data in your browser's local storage (chrome.storage.local) to function properly. This data never leaves your device and includes:

• Usage counter — the number of pages processed in the current month (for free tier limits)
• License key — if you activate a Pro license, the key and its validation status are cached locally
• Automation settings — your last-used list name, page count, and delay preferences

You can clear this data at any time by removing the extension or clearing your browser's extension storage.

3. License Validation

ListCoast license codes issued through Zylvie are validated locally in the extension against a cryptographic allowlist. Your license key is not transmitted by the extension.

4. Third-Party Services

ListCoast interacts with two external services:

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator — ListCoast automates actions on the page you are already logged into. It does not access your LinkedIn credentials, and it does not send your LinkedIn data anywhere.
• Zylvie — Handles checkout and issues a unique pre-generated license code after purchase. The extension validates that code locally.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share any data with any third party — because we don't have any data to share.

6. Children's Privacy

ListCoast is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this privacy policy, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Because we don't collect your email or any contact information, we cannot notify you directly — we encourage you to review this page periodically.

Terms of Use

By installing and using ListCoast ("the Extension"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

ListCoast is a browser extension that automates the process of saving leads to lists on LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It operates by simulating user interactions (clicks, typing) within your browser on pages you are already authenticated on.

2. LinkedIn Account Responsibility

• ListCoast is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn or any of its subsidiaries.
• You acknowledge that using automation on LinkedIn is at your own risk.
• We are not responsible for any actions LinkedIn takes against your account, including but not limited to: warnings, temporary restrictions, permanent suspension, or data loss.
• Delay settings control the pace between actions, but no delay makes third-party automation approved or removes the risk of account warnings, limits, or restrictions.
• LinkedIn states that it does not permit third-party browser extensions that automate activity on its website. Review LinkedIn’s automated activity notice before use.
• You are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's User Agreement and all applicable laws.

3. No Warranty

ListCoast is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The extension will function without interruption or errors
• The extension will be compatible with future changes to LinkedIn's interface
• Any particular number of leads will be saved successfully
• Your LinkedIn account will not be affected by use of the extension

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ListCoast and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or LinkedIn account restrictions, arising out of or in connection with your use of the extension.

5. Licensing & Payments

• Free tier: Limited to 10 pages per calendar month. Resets on the 1st of each month.
• Pro Lifetime: Unlimited pages with a one-time purchase, valid indefinitely.
• Payments and license delivery are processed by Zylvie. Refund requests are handled according to the refund terms presented at checkout.
• Each Pro license is assigned to its purchaser and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
• Share, redistribute, or resell your license key
• Use the extension for any unlawful purpose
• Use the extension to spam, harass, or scrape data for unauthorized purposes

7. Termination

We reserve the right to deactivate license keys that are found to be shared, redistributed, or used in violation of these terms.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
