Privacy & Terms

Effective August 20, 2026

The short version: ListCoast runs locally in your browser. It does not sell personal data, collect your Sales Navigator search results, or transmit lead information to TLR Consulting Group LLC.

1. Who operates ListCoast

ListCoast is provided by TLR Consulting Group LLC (“TLR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions may be sent to trevor@tlrconsultinggroup.com.

2. Data processed by the extension

ListCoast interacts with the LinkedIn Sales Navigator page open in your browser to automate visible list-building actions. The extension may store your chosen list name, page count, action delay, automation progress, monthly Free plan usage count, and license status locally through Chrome extension storage. ListCoast does not send your search results, saved leads, LinkedIn credentials, messages, or browsing history to TLR.

3. Payments and license delivery

Paid purchases are processed by Zylvie. Zylvie receives the information required to process checkout and deliver your unique license code. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy terms. ListCoast uses the license code you enter locally to determine whether Pro features should be unlocked.

4. Chrome permissions

ListCoast requests access to LinkedIn Sales Navigator pages so it can perform the list-building workflow you start. It uses Chrome storage to remember settings, usage, and license state. Permissions are used only to provide the extension’s stated functionality.

5. Your choices

You can stop an automation at any time, remove locally stored settings through Chrome’s extension controls, or uninstall ListCoast. Uninstalling the extension removes its locally stored extension data from that Chrome profile.

6. Terms of use

You must have the legal right to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and are responsible for complying with LinkedIn’s terms, applicable laws, and your organization’s policies. ListCoast is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn.

You may use ListCoast for lawful business purposes. You may not reverse engineer the product for resale, share or resell a paid license key, use the software to violate another party’s rights, or attempt to bypass plan limits or license controls.

7. Availability and updates

Web interfaces change. We may update ListCoast to maintain compatibility, improve the product, or address security and reliability. Update notices and new download links are delivered by email. Because the current extension is self-installed, users must download and load the updated version manually.

8. LinkedIn rules and account risk

ListCoast is an independent third-party browser extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by LinkedIn. LinkedIn states that it does not permit third-party browser extensions that automate activity on its website and that automated activity may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

ListCoast provides a 3–30 second delay control and pause and stop controls. These settings give the user control over pacing but do not make automation compliant, approved, or risk-free. No setting guarantees that LinkedIn will not limit, flag, suspend, or restrict an account. You are responsible for reviewing LinkedIn’s current User Agreement, its automated activity guidance, and any policies that apply within your organization before using ListCoast.

9. Disclaimer and limitation

ListCoast is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Automation can be interrupted by browser, network, account, or third-party interface changes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or for third-party account restrictions resulting from your use of the product.

10. Changes

We may revise this page as the product changes. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
